To make a booking please complete a booking form which can be downloaded here and return it by post. £150 deposit, by cheque made payable to "The Old College Ripon", will secure your booking. We will send you confirmation and receipt.

The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If your booking is made less than 6 weeks before your stay the full amount is required.

Non payment of the final balance will constitute a cancellation of your holiday and the deposit is non-refundable.

Old College house will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival and we ask that guests leave by 11 am on the day of departure.

In the event of a cancellation the total cost is payable, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation, in which case your money will be refunded in full. For your peace of mind we do advise you to take out cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen eventualities.

While respecting your privacy we reserve the right to access the property at all reasonable times, for repairs and emergencies etc.

The property is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and we ask that it is left neat and tidy on your departure. We would appreciate being informed if you break anything during your stay so we can replace the item for the comfort of future guests. We reserve the right to make a charge depending on what the item is.

In the unlikely event the property becomes unavailable, subsequent to booking, the owner's liability is limited to the amount of any rent paid.

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the property is taken for holiday purposes only and that excepting babies the number of people staying in the Old College house does not exceed four.

We regret we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings including vehicles, or for any injury sustained while you are at the Old College house.

For the comfort of future guests, neither smoking nor pets are permitted inside Old College house.
